Welcome to the on-line KAIRS Census Registration. We are pleased to offer our membership the opportunity to easily participate in the KAIRS Annual Census.

First time registration

NOTE - KAIRS MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE A USERNAME OR A PASSWORD UNTIL THEY FIRST CLICK ON THE “CREATE A USERNAME” LINK IN THE BOX BELOW.

THIS WILL DIRECT YOU TO ANOTHER PAGE WHERE YOU CAN REGISTER AND CREATE YOUR OWN USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

Participating in the KAIRS Census is a 2-step process – in order to protect our members, and to verify the authenticity of our Census.

REGISTRATION AND CREATION OF USERNAME AND PASSWORD: Click on the link below that says, Create a Username. You need to do this to create a username and a password. Please fill in all the information blanks and fill in a username and password. This information will be encrypted – so take care to write it down in a safe place.

Participate in the Census

RETURN LATER TO KAIRS WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CENSUS. Within a day (and hopefully a few hours) you will receive an email that invites you to fill in a different Census form.

AFTER YOU RECEIVE A VERIFICATION EMAIL REGARDING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD – RETURN TO THIS PAGE OF THE WEBSITE AND ENTER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD – THEN FILL IN THE CENSUS INFORMATION FOR YOUR SCHOOL.

We’ll compile this information and produce a summary document each year. We will store this information on secure servers and will use care to protect it. You’ll be able to use your password and username each year.

The 2007-08 Census Registration must be completed by March 15, 2008.

You must complete the Census form and submit your information in a single session. The requested information is listed below – in case you need to collect it prior to login.
